You can request to pay your bankruptcy filing fees in installments as request the fees to be waived completely.

WHAT YOU NEED: You will need to determine how much you will pay and when. You can make up to 4 installments in order to pay the full filing fee.

If you intend to request a waiver of the fees completely you will have to provide your family size, monthly income and monthly expenses. Generally this request will only be granted if your income is less than 150% of the poverty level for your family size and you are unable to make installments.
