Bankruptcy Schedule B - Personal Property
WHAT YOU NEED: On schedule B you will be listing all of your personal property in categories such as cash, deposits, alimony or child support you are owed, clothing, jewelry, furnishings, automobiles, checking accounts, retirement accounts, insurance, animals, tools you use for work, computers, hobby equipment and more.
Later you will also need information on any loans that are attached to the property such as a car loan and the information on the company or person holding the lien including name, address, amount, when the debt was created, and account number.
INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED ON THE FORM: Except as directed below, list all personal property of the debtor of whatever kind. If the property is being held for the debtor by someone else, state that person’s name and address under “Description and Location of Property.” In providing the information requested in this schedule, do not include the name or address of a minor child, simply state “a minor child.”
